Load the PCSX2 core then click "Information" then "Core Information" and make certain that all required files (marked with (!)) are listed as "Present" and not "Missing".

If you guy have any idea on how I can fix, this issue, I would appreciate it a whole lot. So, the problem which came here is that as I said above you cannot directly install and play games on Emulator. I've tried everything I could find on the topic, but nothing ended up working. Razer DeathAdder Essential Keyboard PC/AT Enhanced PS2 Keyboard (101/102-Key). When I try loading a PS2 game, it says "Failed to open Libretro core". To fix the issue, you need to enable the Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V shortcuts. Notably, to run PCSX2 smoothly, you should have a copy of the PS2 Bios ROM that cant be downloaded from the developers site due to copyright issues. The installation of PCSX2 is now complete. Check the box that says Run PCSX2, then click on Finish. Choose Normal Installation and then procced the on screen instructions.
